Ingredients
4 medium apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. 2. Core the apples and scoop out a bit more to make room for the filling.
3. 3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
4. 4. Fold in the crumbled bacon and chopped pecans (if using).
