Description

These Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers are stuffed with a creamy cheddar cheese mixture, perfect for any appetizer or party!


Ingredients

8 large jalapeño peppers

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

12 slices of bacon

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.

3. In a bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.

5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.

6. Place the jalapeño poppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.

7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
