Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
8 slices of bacon
Burger buns
Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, and additional jalapeños

2. 1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. 2. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions. Flatten each portion into a patty.
4. 3. Place a spoonful of the jalapeño popper mixture in the center of 4 patties. Top with the remaining patties and seal the edges to create stuffed burgers.
5. 4. Wrap each burger with 2 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.

7. 6. Grill the bacon-wrapped burgers for about 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired doneness.

For extra flavor, you can smoke the burgers on the grill.
