Ingredients
4 large jalapeños, halved and seeded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
12 slices of bacon, cut in half
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
4. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
5. Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
7. While the jalapeños are baking, prepare the ranch drizzle by mixing the ranch dressing with a little water to thin it out.
8. Once done, remove from the oven and drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
You can prepare these ahead of time and store them in the fridge until you’re ready to bake.
Serve with additional ranch dressing for dipping.
