Ingredients
• 12 large jalapeños
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 lb bacon, cut in half
• 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (optional for dipping)
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. 2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
3. 3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
4. 4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
5. 5. Wrap each filled jalapeño with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
6. 6. Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.

Notes
