These flavorful air fryer egg rolls are packed with a delicious mixture of vegetables and protein, making for a perfect appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
– 1 cup shredded cabbage
– 1 cup shredded carrots
– 1/2 cup chopped green onions
– 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (or tofu for a vegetarian option)
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 package egg roll wrappers
– Cooking spray

2. 1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, chicken (or tofu), garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
3. 2. Lay one egg roll wrapper on a flat surface with a corner facing you.

5. 4. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll up tightly.

Notes
– For extra crunch, you can add bean sprouts to the filling.
