Ingredients

– 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon onion powder

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1 teaspoon dried thyme

– Salt and pepper to taste
